Department of Education and Child Protection: Gender and power (GAP) supplementary analysis tools

The DECP Gender and Power (GAP) Analysis Tools are templates to use throughout the research process, complementing existing GAP resources and tailored specifically to education and child protection research goals. These resources are mapped to the 10 research steps outlined in the official Gender & Power (GAP) Guidance to provide targeted support to research teams. These tools can be adapted to the scope of any GAP analysis focused on early education, basic education, and/or child protection.
