Comprehensive peace? Causes and consequences of underdevelopment and instability in Eastern Sudan

The study focused on analysing the underlying causes of underdevelopment and conflict in eastern Sudan by identifying and exploring the socioeconomic, political, humanitarian and cultural issues that have given rise to underdevelopment, tension and/or conflict, in order to provide action oriented recommendations to develop appropriate agency responses.
