One billion children globally are at extremely high risk of the impacts of climate change. Uprooted children and young people are among the most exposed to climate change impacts. Children and young people should however not be seen as passive bystanders in tackling the climate change, rather they can be key agents for change. This brief aims to spark conversation on the critical connection between climate, mobility and childhood.
