Capacity-Development in Humanitarian Crises

This document was presented at the PSO Panel during the World Conference of the Humanitarian Studies in 2009. It compromises the three papers presented at the panel:

• Capacity Development for Community Based Organisations in Conflict-laden Context, the
  programme of CWS in Aceh
• Sustainable Capacity Development in Crisis, Practice and Lessons Learnt for Strengthening
  Civil Society Organisations
• Back from the Trees, Capacity Development, Humanitarian Action and the Wider Challenge

All three focus on capacity development from different perspectives.
