Save the Children Sweden
In 2006, Save the Children Sweden opened a helpline for undocumented children. The project was led by the Save the Children Centre for Children and Youth in Crisis. This report presents and summarizes the findings from that project. For all those who need inspiration on how to help children without documentation, this report provides detailed information.
Undocumented children need all the things that other children need – to go to school, meet other kids, receive medicine when they are sick, and to have adults to turn to when they need help. Although the project has concluded, this report emphasizes the needs of undocumented children and the realization of their rights.
