This is a manual conceived as a support tool for the realization of training courses on the Protection System of girls and children. The primary objective of the Protection System is to prevent and minimize the risk of inappropriate behaviours that may harm the rights of girls and children in nursery schools.

Each kindergarten that intends to adopt the Protection System, as a binding agreement with the community, must guarantee adequate training to all its staff on the guidelines and the proposed educational approach. This manual offers a step-by-step guide to the realization of this training course.
