ALNAP, Active Learning Network for Accountability and Performance in Humanitarian Action
Although international Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) are increasingly documenting their experiences of collaboration and partnership, and strengthening the way they work with one another, little is known about how national actors independently approach collaboration or use networks. This study aims to improve the humanitarian systems’ understanding of how national actors are currently engaged in networks. It focuses on Asia and draws on case study research completed in the Philippines, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
