This webinar was initiated jointly by Save the Children Climate Change and Child Protection team as part of the Safety Nets & Resilient Families priority learning series.

In this webinar, we explored how climate change exacerbates child protection risks. We examined the current efforts to address this critical intersection and highlighted the urgency of tackling both issues. The discussion covered the importance of situating this within the child protection-climate policy and legal framework. We also delved into adaptive programming and advocacy strategies used to address child protection concerns in the face of climate change. This included examining what’s being done and areas where further action is needed.
