Towards Inclusion: A guide for organisations and practitioners

This guide is intended to help organizations understand inclusive development, and build solid processes during programme planning and implementation that account for gender responsiveness and disability inclusion.

The first portion of the guide provides information on assessing the organization’s current capacity to become more inclusive. The second section presents the ACAP framework: Access, Communication, Attitude and Participation. And the final section is for readers who will lead organizational change towards becoming inclusive of persons from marginalized groups.
