In particular, this learning tool has been designed for parents to help their children to develop the right social skills and behavior, in order to have healthy relationships and be successful in their life once they grow up. This normally involves great efforts from parents, who need to be able to recognize the emotions of their children understand them and establish the correct communication with them on a daily basis, regardless of their available time or emotional mood. In order to do this, this resource offers a set of basic educational tools, based on scientifically validated information and consisting on a theoretical part describing the principles of the child’s development at preschool age and on a practical part, with exercises and recommendation addressing common situations in developing emotional intelligence abilities for children. Exercises and games are available for parents and can be used separately, based on each family’s needs.
