**Save the Children Staff**: please take the take the Bronze Course on Save the Children’s Learning Management System (LMS). The course on the resource centre is for external partners.
This is an introductory course about Steps to Protect; Save the Children’s approach to help vulnerable children recover from violence. It is designed for Save the Children staff and for use with select implementing partners. Please do not share the course link further.
Aim: To gain a basic understanding of the Steps to Protect Common Approach in order to be able to promote its use.
Learning Outcomes: By the end of this course, participants will:

  1. Know why Steps to Protect is important in improving the lives of the most marginalized children
  2. Know how Steps to Protect works
  3. Be able to talk about and engage on Steps to Protect with others
  4. Be able to identify ways to integrate Steps to Protect into their work

Course Requirements:

  •  You must have a Resource Centre account and be logged in to access this training. To create a free account, click on the “Create an Account” link in the menu.
  • The course takes approximately 2 hours to complete.
  • Watch 3 modules which are pre-recorded and available anytime via this course page
  • Complete required readings and videos associated with the module
  • After completing all of the above, take a short assessment

Once all requirements are successfully completed, participants receive a Bronze level certificate.
