Save the Children Cash Transfer Programming Operations Manual

This Manual provides guidance to Save the Children Country Office staff as they decide whether to utilize cash transfer programming as a tool for achieving programmatic objectives, and if so, in its design and implementation. The Manual provides staff with standards, good practice procedures, polices, and tools for cash transfer programming. The manual provides a brief and concise description of cash programming and transfer modalities, how to conduct a feasibility and risk assessment, and designates the roles and responsibilities among Country Office staff.
