Protecting Children in the Context of the Refugee and Migrant Crisis in Europe

This report summarizes the outcomes of the focus groups conducted under the project “Protecting Children in the Context of the Refugee and Migrant Crisis in Europe”, funded by the European Commission and implemented by Save the Children Italy.

The mobile teams, composed of psychologists and educators with linguistic skills, involved the staff of 17 social cooperatives formally employed in the reception of unaccompanied foreign minors in 7 provinces of Sicily (Agrigento, Caltanissetta, Catania, Messina, Palermo, Syracuse and Trapani).
