Nourishing a New Generation in Rwanda: Scaling-up the point-of-use fortification programme nationwide

Rwanda is the first country in Africa to attempt a nationwide expansion of its point-of-use fortification programme, which provides micronutrient powders (MNPs) to enrich children’s foods with essential nutrients. This field report explores some of the challenges and critical factors that accelerated scale-up and shares key lessons learned from the experience.
