Monitoring & Reporting Mechanism (MRM) on Grave Child Rights Violations: Philippines 2010

To expand and strengthen the (MRM) on grave child rights violations in the Philippines, one of the key strategies is to ensure that all reports and documentation of grave child rights violations would be visibly linked to immediate response. This would demonstrate to the victims, witnesses, and their communities that the MRM aims, not only to gather cases, but also address violations. Linking the response component to the reporting mechanism would also encourage witnesses and community members to be vigilant and report violations.
