Minimum Standards for Education: Preparedness, response, recovery

This key global resource contains 19 standards for education in emergencies. These standards are meant to enhance the quality of educational preparedness, response and recovery, increase access to safe and relevant learning opportunities and ensure accountability in providing these services.

This is an essential resource for education practitioners involved in emergency education preparedness, response and recovery, for education authorities at national and local levels, international and national organizations and agencies, donor agencies, teachers and educators, Education Clusters, and academics. All education in emergency programs should be working to meet these standards. For supporting materials and reference tools, go to www.ineesite.org/standards.
