Listen and Change. A Guide to Children and Young People’s Participation Rights

This guide has been produced on behalf of Participation Works by the Children’s Rights Alliance for England. Aimed at people working in a managerial or leadership role in the third sector or local authorities – for example, elected members, trustees and heads of services – it suggests ways to effectively listen to children and young people in order to create change with them and for them.
