Inter-Agency Child Protection Information Management System Forms (FTR)

The International Rescue Committee (IRC), Save the Children and UNICEF have been working together since 2005 to promote the use of a standard inter-agency child protection information management system for the child protection sector. The information management system is a practical, field level tool that supports effective and timely responses to individual vulnerable children. It is comprised of database software and accompanying resources and guidance documents, such as standard documentation forms and template data protection protocols. This fact sheet provides an overview of the IA CP IMS.  

This collection includes a fact sheet overview of the IA CP IMS and a set of forms intended to coordinate and standardize inter-agency child protection information management.  They include:

• Reunification form
