Inclusive Education Manual

This Inclusive Education Training Manual was developed with the intention to be used in the “Promoting all children to enrol in primary school project”, which will be used for training in several districts in Lao PDR.

The manual enhances understanding and capacity building of staff on provincial, district, and village education development committees, as well as parents of the children of target communities. This will provide opportunities, facilities, and support for the children who need special support. In particular, children with disabilities will be given equal opportunity to attend school.

This training manual is available to other organizations or projects who wish to enhance the capacity of their staff, village education development committees, teachers, parents and communities on inclusive education.

This training manual consists of 2 Parts: Part one strengthens the capacity of provincial, district, school administrator and village education development committees; Part two strengthens the capacity of teachers who teach in school on inclusive education.
