I Diritti dell’Infanzia e dell’Adolescenza in Italia: 9° rapporto di aggiornamento sul monitoraggio della Convenzione sui diritti dell’infanzia e dell’adolescenza in Italia 2015-2016

This is the 9th report on the monitoring of the Convention on the rights of children and adolescents in Italy. This report was published on a special occasion: the 25th anniversary of the ratification of the UN Convention on the rights of children and adolescents (UNCRC) in Italy, which took place on 27 May 1991 with Law 176/1991.

Yet, this report highlights how many principles enunciated in the UNCRC have not yet been fully applied in Italy, and the 143 recommendations contained at the end of the various paragraphs make us reflect on how there is still a long journey ahead.
