FCF | REACT Cash & Livelihoods Monitoring Post-Distribution Monitoring 1 Report

This report is a follow-up study related to post-distribution monitoring (PDM1) of the cash transfer component of the program from the previous baseline (+PDM) conducted. It is important to note that between the data collection undertaken for the baseline (+PDM) and this PDM1 study there has been a deterioration of the COVID-19 situation in Cambodia, with nationwide school closures, movement restrictions and lockdowns. Considering the evolving context is very likely to exacerbate existing vulnerabilities and create new ones, the respondents maintaining their socio-economic situation should be considered as a positive development. The results of this PDM1 – which had a scope limited to the use of the cash transfers and their safe and equitable distribution – continues to be very positive and in many regards improves upon the results of the previous baseline(+PDM) study.
