The CRC: Promises to keep, miles to go before I sleep, 25 Years of the Convention on the Rights of the Child

Justice Vui Clarence J. Nelson is a Samoan national currently serving as a Sitting Judge of the Supreme Court of Samoa. In this publication, he shares the history of the Convention of the Rights of the Child (CRC) in Samoa. Although progress has been made, he sees implementation of the CRC as the "challenge of our time, its implementation perhaps the greatest moral imperative of our generation".
