COVID-19: A human rights checklist
Human Rights Watch is committed to reporting on the human rights dimensions f the COVID-19 pandemic. Their research has identified 40 questions to steer a rights-respecting response to the crisis. The questions address the needs of groups most at risk, including children. They have also identified a large variety of responses to the situation, including both positive and problematic examples.
This document presents 40 questions that can be used as a checklist for human rights during the COVID-19 response.
