Complementary report to the III and IV report on the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in Spain

This report provides supplementary information on Spain’s 3rd and 4th periodic report on the implementation of the CRC. The main themes discussed include: general measures of implementation; the definition of the child; general principles; civil rights and freedoms (including participation and means of communication); family environment and alternative forms of care (including unaccompanied minors and violence); basic health and welfare (including poverty and social exclusion); education, leisure and cultural activities as well as special protection measures (e.g. Juvenile justice).
