Children and gender based violence. An overview of existing conceptual frameworks

This briefing paper was commissioned in order to contribute to the discussions and preparations for the UN Study on Violence Against Children. This document makes an organisational commitment to challenge all types of violence, while recognising that gender differences and stereotypes can lead to negative attitudes which can ultimately lead to violence.
