Bridging Learning Gaps for Youth: UNESCO Education response to the Syria Crisis (2015-2016)

The report is organized according to the three response areas – access, quality and system strengthening – and under each includes a comprehensive list of objectives, expected results, activities and their justification related to the broader goals of the approach as well as a corresponding indicator for monitoring and evaluation and indicative budget. The annexes include snapshots of the education context in each of the program implementation countries. The report was actually compiled part way through the implementation of the programme and as such does not provide a great deal of information by way of results but more useful in terms of planning and approach.
