Breakthrough ACTION launches a 3-2-1 toll-free Call Service and Interactive Game to help prevent the spread of COVID-19

Supported by Cellcard, one of Cambodia’s leading telecommunications companies, Save the Children in collaboration with VIAMO has officially launched a toll-free 3-2-1 call service and interactive game for information related to COVID-19. This service is part of USAID’S global flagship program on Social and Behavior Change (SBC) called Breakthrough ACTION (BA), providing a variety of COVID-19 risk communication and community engagement (RCCE) activities in Cambodia.
