All Change: Preventing Trafficking in the UK

All Change: Preventing Trafficking in the UK is a new report from The Anti-Trafficking Monitoring Group. It assesses the UK’s performance in relation to trafficking prevention in accordance with the British Government’s obligations under the Council of Europe Convention on Action against Trafficking in Human Beings, which came into force in the UK in 2009. It also highlights good practice in prevention programming and offers recommendations to strengthen the UK’s ability to prevent this abhorrent crime in the future.
The Anti-Trafficking Monitoring Group comprises nine leading UK-based anti-trafficking organisations: Amnesty International UK, Anti-Slavery International, BAWSO, Bristol Counter-Trafficking Coalition, ECPAT UK, Helen Bamber Foundation, Kalayaan, POPPY project and TARA. We also work closely with the Human Trafficking Foundation and STOP THE TRAFFIK. Together the Group monitors the UK’s implementation of the Convention and examines all types of trafficking, including internal trafficking and the trafficking of British nationals.
