Addressing the the needs and rights of girls and boys – A reference guide for gender-aware planning and monitoring in the work of Save the Children Sweden

This reference guide is a tool on how to integrate child-focused gender-equality perspective into practical work, to promote discussion and to provide information for policy dialogue and advocacy work as well as for mainstreaming gender into institutional development. It identifies relevant gender issues at marco, organizational and local levels. It also provides guding principles for Save the Children Sweden´s thematic areas.
