CUBIC partnered with Save the Children Philippines to investigate if the successful US parenting intervention “Tips by Text” could be adapted for the Philippines.
A small randomized control trial was conducted to assess its impact on positive parental engagement and child development. Although the study was heavily impacted by COVID-19 and did not replicate the US results, it provided valuable insights for practitioners working in similar contexts.
