Risk Monitoring & Evaluation: Tool 4 of World Vision’s Disaster Risk Reduction Toolkit.
This tool is for the use of the Annual Development Programme (ADP) Manager, National Office and the Support Office in monitoring and evaluating the integration of Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptacion (CCA) measures in the project being implemented. For this purpose, questions for monitoring and evaluating DRR integration are provided in Worksheets 10-11. This tool is also intended to track risk changes within the project area.
