This brief has been developed so that partners and advocates for optimal infant and young child feeding can access key information relating to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes including restrictions on the marketing of infant formula and other products which replace mothers’ milk. This was produced by the Assessment and Research on Child Feeding (ARCH) Project who support countries’ efforts to enforce and monitor the Code at the national level. This brief is part of the ARCH International Breast Milk Substitute (BMS) Code Toolkit.
