Working with the Private Sector for Increased Utilization of WASH Products: progress, challenges, adaptations, and outcomes

This technical brief describes USAID Growth through Nutrition Activity’s efforts to increase the coverage of improved sanitation in households in Ethiopia by implementing a market-based sanitation approach and involving the private sector in WASH businesses. It discusses this approach in detail, as well as results and lessons learned, and final recommendations for future projects.
