Save the Children’s mission in Uganda is to fight for children’s rights and to deliver immediate and lasting improvement to children’s lives. Programme activities are implemented in close cooperation with local partners as this is believed to be the most effective and sustainable way of ensuring that objectives are achieved and lasting, positive improvements are made in the lives of Ugandan children. 

This document addresses why and how Save the Children works with partners in Uganda, and it provides relevant provisions and guidelines for the management of partnerships, including a number of relevant tools.
