Without School: The impact of attacks on education in North West Syria on children

Ten years of conflict has affected the lives of millions of children in Syria, killing thousands. In 2019 alone, 251 children were killed in North West Syria alone during conflict. The conflict has also decimated civilian infrastructure, and schools have not been spared. In 2019, we have confirmed 92 incidents where schools where attacked during the conflict. Save the Children interviewed more than 400 children in North West Syria to examine the impact of attacks on education on them, documenting it in this report.
