As COVID-19 continues to spread, it presents an increasing risk to World Food Programme (WFP) personnel and cooperating partners, but also women and children partaking in acute malnutrition prevention and treatment activities.
This brief was created to prevent COVID-19 contamination among staff and beneficiaries partaking in the provision of acute malnutrition prevention and treatment services at health facility and community level. It also includes recommendations on how to ensure the continuity of acute malnutrition prevention and treatment services for women and children.
WFP will update the brief as needed, based on the availability of new information.
