Presented in this report is USAID Lishe Endelevu Activity’s Year Four (Y4) annual progress report. Lishe Endelevu was a five-year cooperative agreement funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) with the goal of improving the nutritional status of pregnant and lactating women, children under five, and adolescents across 23 target councils of Dodoma, Morogoro, Iringa, and Rukwa Regions in Tanzania. The Activity’s key expected results areas included: 1) Strengthened multi-sectoral coordination for improved nutrition at local government level; 2) Improved health, nutrition, caregiving, and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) behaviors; and 3) Increased access and availability of diverse, safe, and nutritious foods.
