Presented in this report is the annual implementation progress for Lishe Endelevu Activity covering the period October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020, which is the second year of the Activity. Lishe Endelevu was a five-year cooperative agreement funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) with the goal of improving the nutritional status of pregnant and lactating women, children under five, and adolescent girls across 23 districts of Dodoma, Morogoro, Iringa, and Rukwa regions in Tanzania. The Activity’s key focus was to achieve the following results: 1) Strengthened multi-Sectoral coordination for improved nutrition at local government level; 2) Improved health, nutrition, caregiving and water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) behaviors; and, 3) Increased access and availability of diverse, safe, and nutritious foods.
