Lishe Endelevu was a five year activity that aimed to improve nutrition outcomes for women of reproductive age, children under five, and adolescent girls within Dodoma, Iringa, Morogoro and Rukwa regions of Tanzania mainland. This report presents findings from a baseline survey, which was conducted between May and June 2019 in these four regions.
