Upgrading of Magomero College

An assessment report to examine the state of the Magomero College, which urgently needs upgrading in curriculum, infrastructure and staffing. Some of the practical steps outlined in the report by which the College could be upgraded to offer an advanced diploma and university degree, are: the need for a detailed curriculum process; hiring of qualified staff; the development of a social work curriculum; discussions on whether the College should remain part of the Ministry or become an autonomous entity; and infrastructure improvements (library, computers, buildings, etc.).
