UNICEF Resource Mobilization Strategy 2022-2025

The UNICEF Resource Mobilization Strategy 2022-2025 (RM Strategy) focuses on public and private sector engagement to meet the goals and targets set out in UNICEF’s 2022-2025 Strategic Plan. It seeks to do this by providing an overall vision and direction for operationalizing the Strategic Plan’s ‘Accelerated Resource Mobilization’ enabler. The strategy also aims to set out the priorities, strategies and targets for UNICEF’s public and private sector resource mobilization for the period 2022-2025 in a coordinated and focused manner to achieve the twin goals of raising income for UNICEF and for children, particularly quality funding such as Regular Resources, as well as strengthening and growing influence with our public and private partners. The Resource Mobilization Strategy may be adapted according to local contexts, to inform regional and country level resource mobilization strategies.
