The Effects of Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) Education on Girls Participation, Self-efficacy and Stress in Nepal

Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) is only just over a decade old. There are still a lot to be learned and explored regarding MHM and its impact on women’s and girls’ health and in supporting education. Globally there is a dearth of empirical evidence to quantify challenges faced by girls in managing menstruation in school and examine the causal relationship and effectiveness of program strategies to MHM in schools.
