The Demand for Feasibility and Scope of a Global Network of Southern Non-Governmental Organizationss in Disaster Resilience

Despite various past commitments, efforts to bring Southern Non-governmental Organizations (SNGOs) to the center-stage have been muted. Capacity strengthening efforts tends to have a short-term focus. Long-term partnerships between Northen Non-governmental Organizations and (SNGOs) could be one way of addressing this. This study aims to identify the demand for, feasibility and scope of a global network of SNGOs.
