Have you ever intended to do something important, attend a meeting, try a new approach at work, or start a healthy habit, but somehow never followed through?
Often, the barrier is not knowledge or motivation. It is small things: forgetting, feeling overwhelmed, sticking with familiar routines, or simply being too busy. Behavioral science helps us understand these everyday patterns and design solutions that make positive behaviors easier, more appealing, and more likely to happen.
The CLIMB cards are a collection of 30 behavioral insights designed to help policymakers, service providers, and practitioners think differently about behavioral challenges for ECCD, nurturing care, health education, protection, gender equality, disability inclusion, and climate action.
Organized into five principles – Convenient, Lasting, Intriguing, Mobilizing, and Blueprinted – the CLIMB cards offer a practical tool to accelerate innovative thinking around low-cost testable solutions to persistent behavioral challenges across sectors. The links below include guidance cards to provide an overview of the CLIMB cards, the 30 CLIMB cards, and the references.
