The Children’s Situation in Jammu & Kashmir occupied by India

International Human Rights Association of American Minorities (IHRAAM) has submitted the report “On the Children’s Situation in the Jammu & Kashmir – Occupied by India”, to the Committee on the Rights of the Child. This is a Supplementary report to India’s country report on the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and concerns the plight of women and children in the violence-battered Jammu & Kashmir region.
