This report presents findings from the endline assessment of the Girls as Drivers of Change approach in refugee settlements in western Uganda. Using an empowerment framework covering power within, power to, power with and power over, it examines changes in confidence, agency, decision-making and collective action among participating girls and boys. Findings provide evidence of improved empowerment outcomes and readiness to progress towards child-led action and leadership.
