This report synthesizes lessons learned from the SUBUL Consortium’s multi-sectoral programme in Lebanon, which combined nutrition support, livelihoods, cash assistance, MSME development, and community initiatives to strengthen household resilience amid a prolonged economic crisis. Findings highlight the effectiveness of integrated programming and consortium-based implementation in improving food security, livelihoods, and community engagement, while underscoring the need for stronger inception planning, coordination, referral systems, localization, and sustainability strategies. The report provides practical recommendations to enhance the design, delivery, and long-term impact of future resilience and recovery programmes.
