This mixed-methods evaluation found that youth-led Community Support Projects under the Subul Project effectively addressed locally identified needs and generated positive social and environmental outcomes. Survey and qualitative findings showed strong community satisfaction, with projects improving public spaces, safety, waste management, and opportunities for community participation. Youth leadership strengthened collaboration, local ownership, and social cohesion. Despite some implementation delays and resource constraints, the projects were widely considered successful; future programming should prioritize maintenance, sustainability, and scale-up.
