Save the Children
This presentation is a one-day Stress Management training program for Save the Children staff. This training should be used to help staff recognize signs and symptoms of stress and to explore ways of reducing stress and providing peer support. This training session should be conducted for all staff, particularly field staff, and for staff working in the contexts of emergency, conflict-affected areas, and protracted crisis. Senior Management must ensure this training is prioritized. Facilitators should be considered neutral to the staff being trained.
