The purpose of this policy brief is to inform discussions and decisions at the national level in Bangladesh regarding CHW harmonization and the Community Clinic (CC) Centered Health Service Model. This brief summarizes results from a pilot of the Community Clinic CC Centered Health Service Model, which incorporated harmonization as an approach to provide organization and increase the quality of care provided by the
community health system. The brief offers several context-specific program and policy suggestions for the Government of Bangladesh (GoB) to consider in terms of scaling up and improving the effectiveness of their CHW programs.
